Supporting young people and families
Fusion Australia has over 65 years of experience helping young people find their place and purpose, motivated by Christian values and the belief that all people matter. Here in Bendigo, Northern Victoria we’re continuing that long tradition through our locally grown programs and activities.
Community Mentoring for young people, playgroups for young families, our Community Garden project and other community building initiatives are empowering this community to care for the next generation.

Community
Mentoring Program
“I really just love being in this group!” This is what’s often heard at our Community Mentoring Program, where a committed group of older volunteer mentors are giving their time and sharing their skills to support, guide and connect with local young people.
Since we began over two years ago, mentors and young people have worked together on practical projects that benefit other people. These include, gardening, making gifts out of wood, cooking and even designing new projects.
Our next Mentoring Program will kick off in February 2025. If you know someone who would benefit from being involved as a Mentor or participant, please get in touch. We’d love to find a place for them.
